Hey, I'm Ben — the one-man crew behind Tune Up Tech. I've been taking apart computers and putting them back together since before I knew it could be a career. What started as a hobby turned into a real passion, and now I've completed over 36 builds and counting.
I'm currently studying IT and Networking in college, and I also work at Shatter Masters where I handle repairs day in and day out. Between school, work, and my own projects, I'm constantly learning and getting better at what I do.
I'm a gamer myself, so I genuinely understand what people need out of their machines — whether that's rock-solid 1440p performance, dead-silent operation, or just something that boots up and doesn't crash anymore. I treat every build and repair like it's my own.

Most software repairs are done same-day. Hardware repairs typically take 24–48 hours depending on parts availability. Custom builds take 3–5 business days from when parts arrive.
Yes — if you choose to move forward with the repair, the $25 diagnostic fee is completely waived. If you decide not to proceed, you only pay the diagnostic fee.
Absolutely. Bring your own parts and we'll assemble everything for the build fee. We can also help you pick compatible parts before purchasing.
Our 30-day warranty covers all parts. If a component we installed fails within that period, we'll replace it at no extra cost.
For ship-in repairs, you send your PC to us and we ship it back. For custom builds, we ship the completed machine to your door. Shipping costs quoted separately.
If we can't fix the issue, you don't pay for the repair — only for any parts ordered at your request. We'll always be upfront before work begins.
Our primary focus is desktops, but reach out and we can discuss your situation. Some laptop repairs and upgrades (RAM, SSD) are within our scope.
Bring in your old hardware and we'll assess its condition and value. We can apply it as credit toward a new build or service, or refurbish it for resale.
